My career used to be all about the busy airports of Bangkok—Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang. Fast paced, high pressure. But then, destiny (and official orders) brought me to Northern Thailand.
It wasn’t just a job change; it was a life change. The moment I saw the mist wrapping around the mountains and experienced the genuine warmth of the Lanna people, I was hooked. As I traveled around for work, inspecting tourist spots and tasting local dishes, I realized something important:
